    this is so cool.

    not only did this guy win over a girl, he won all her family, relatives, classmates, her parents coworkers…
    and it probably took him 5 mins to write and send this.

  4. I agree with Georget20 and Riki. The sad thing is most big companies have in place the ability to give the great service. The two areas they lack is often it’s lip service (don’t increase costs) and often the employees don’t understand the importance.
